Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. All shipments are handled via FedEx from our warehouse in Georgia, or directly from our engraver’s workshop.
How can I use a promo code?
At checkout, simply enter your promo code in the designated field. The discount will be automatically applied before payment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order has been validated and processed, modifications are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is needed.
Delivery & Returns (USA only)
Where do you deliver?
We ship across the mainland USA. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/AFO addresses, or to Canada.
What delivery options are available?
All deliveries are handled by FedEx, with several options:
- FedEx First Overnight®: Delivery by next-business-day morning
- FedEx Standard Overnight®: Delivery by next-business-day evening
- FedEx 2Day A.M.®: Delivery within 2 business days, morning
- FedEx Ground: Cost-effective delivery service for less urgent shipments
What if my order is delayed or lost?
Please contact us via the contact form. We will investigate the issue with FedEx and keep you informed.
Can I return a product?
Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within the legal withdrawal period. Please contact us first to initiate the return procedure. Personalized and made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Warranty & After-Sales Service
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. Our wine tools are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, excluding damage from misuse. Contact us with a description and photo/video of the issue.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Inspect your items upon arrival. If there is any damage, notify FedEx and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and replace or repair the product as necessary.

What materials do you use?
We prioritize sustainable, durable, and premium materials:
- Solid wood (walnut, maple, birch) from responsibly managed forests
- Metals (stainless steel, solid brass, chrome-plated)
- Glassware made of mouth-blown or lead-free crystal glass
- Genuine leather (for Nomad kits) handcrafted in Naples
- Sustainable packaging with recycled materials and eco-friendly inks
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted or hand-assembled. Each glass decanter, for example, is mouth-blown by master glassmakers, making every piece unique.
Are your products designed in France?
Yes. All of our tools are designed in our Parisian studio by a dedicated team of designers and engineers. Our heritage dates back to 1926.
What makes L’Atelier du Vin unique?
We are the only French company solely dedicated to wine tools, combining design, function, and heritage. Many of our models are patented and exclusive to our brand.
