The Legal Guarantee Certificate for Our Products
Is the product you bought online not working or does it seem defective? All L’Atelier du Vin wine tools and accessories are under a 2 year warranty, starting from the date on your purchasing invoice, which must be kept at all costs. This is our legal guarantee of conformity and protection of consumers against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions.
If one of our products has a defect of conformity or malfunction not resulting from misuse or wear and tear, you have a two year period to invoke L’Atelier du Vin’s manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions about our sales warranty, please contact our after-sales service. One of our advisors will explain the steps to follow for the repair or replacement of a defective product, to be returned with your proof of purchase.
