With Le Plateau, L’Atelier du Vin transforms wine service into a performance. Inspired by the theatre, where the plateau is the stage, this refined case becomes the place where gestures unfold, where every bottle takes center stage, and where each glass joins the chorus of conviviality.

The curtain rises with the uncorking of a bottle. Every tool has its role, every moment its emotion. From terrace to table, cellar to salon, Le Plateau creates an atmosphere where refinement and conviviality meet.

Act I – The Object as a Volume

Le Plateau is not just an accessory, but a piece of minimalist architecture. Its lines are pure, its form elevated, designed to be more than functional: it is a creation of pure volume. Slightly raised, its base gives the impression of levitation, as if the glasses and bottle were floating on stage.

Act II – The Finest of Woods

Crafted from carefully selected cherrywood, Le Plateau embodies elegance without excess. The natural grain is highlighted by discreet craftsmanship, allowing the noble material to express itself. Warm and timeless, the wood transforms into the perfect frame for wine rituals.

Act III – The Twist of Hidden Drawers

Where there is a stage, there is also a backstage. Le Plateau reveals its secret through two subtly concealed drawers:
– The Yellow Drawer: Houses ten handmade leather coasters, discreet yet indispensable.
– The Blue Drawer: Contains five essential wine tools presented on a full-grain leather mat, each perfectly cradled in wooden inserts.

The choice of colors is deliberate—luminous yellow and deep blue bring contrast and life to the cherrywood structure. Together with the silver glint of the tools, they create a visual symphony.

Act IV – Slice of Life

Le Plateau is at home everywhere: on a coffee table, near the fireplace, on a terrace overlooking Murano, or even the deck of a sailing boat. It is an object for collectors and connoisseurs, for moments both grand and intimate.
