Why it is important to keep your wine fresh?

White wines, rosés and Champagnes (and other sparkling wines) must be kept chill or cool.

Serve your white wine and rosé at a nice chill temperature of 9/11°C – 48/51F

Lastly, remember Champagne should be served at 8/10°c – 46/50F

Note you should also serve your red wines at a nice temperature, never warm! Nore more than 19°C / 66F so feel free to use your cooler for red wines, especially in summer time!
